Description: My purpose on this work is to use a 96-well or 24-well plate reader to measure the fluorescence intensity of cells incubated with a pH-sensitive fluorescent dye. The dye has an excitation wavelength of 488 nm and an emission wavelength of 510 nm. I think this reader can run this experiment.
